Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. reminded us that everyone can be great because everyone can serve. On Martin Luther King Day, Rotarians honor his legacy through Service Above Self.

This is Rotary in action — members stepping up to support TUSD educators and help fund classroom grants that make a real difference for teachers and students across our district.

This year, through the Boys & Girls Clubs of Tustin, our Rotary Club had the privilege of adopting a family in need—a single mom with two children. Just days before Christmas, our members went shopping with mom so she could choose what her children truly needed. Thanks to the generosity of our club and several members who donated personal funds, gifts were wrapped and delivered in time for Christmas morning, along with much-needed gift cards to help with everyday essentials as they begin the new year. 💙

From mom:

“Good morning, I am absolutely speechless. The generosity the Rotary has shown my children and I is just amazing. The words ‘thank you’ will never be enough for the joy my babies have been given today. The gift cards are an incredible blessing that takes so much worry off my shoulders to provide for my babies as we begin the new year. Sending a million thank yous and a hug.”
